Hello.
I'm Richard Seel, nearly 60 (as of 2005), married with three children, studied
physics & maths, spent the next 29 years at the BBC making movies and being a
manager, now an organisation consultant and an ordained minister in the Church
of England.
I have now changed the area of my ministry and am looking
to sell my house on the sea. If you would like to buy somewhere with great sea views in
North Norfolk please

Over
the years I've done a lot of writing, much of it unpublished, just because it's
a good way of getting some clarity in my thoughts ('how can I know what I'm
thinking until I've seen myself write it down?').
Recently I've written a lot about change in organisations. You can find this on
my consulting website,
New
Paradigm Consulting.
On
this site you'll find a selection of what I've written. I make no promises about
the quality or usefulness of what is here. This is, in a sense, simply a vanity
publishing site. If anything interests you, that's good, if not, well...
I've grouped the stuff roughly into
different categories:
Anthropology—Mainly
stuff I wrote while I was studying anthropology in the 1980s.
Counselling—Written
while I was working with the National Childbirth Trust.
Fiction—Not
much of this. I wrote a lot of SF short stories in my teens but nearly all of it
is lost.
Film & Television—A
couple of pieces drawing on my experience as a film editor.
God Talk—Most
of this comes from essays I had to write while I was training for ordination.
Parenting—I've
written quite a lot on fatherhood and childbirth, especially in the 1980s.
